Terms & Conditions
General
The art I provide to customers is DIGITAL art. This means I will send the finished product as a JPEG by email. I decided to do this as I believe it's more eco-friendly, give my customers choice of how to print them, and keeps the cost down.

No matter what design you choose, I send TWO pictures to you. One will include a personal quote and the other will be without. This is a lovely way to give yourself praise or an endearing gesture for a loved one. The size of the design is 3000x3000 pixels. This is roughly 10x10 Inches. For comparison, A4 is roughly 8 1/4 x 11 3/4 Inches.

Unfortunately, I may not be able to fulfil your commission request. I work in full-time employment and prioritise this work. I will endeavour to complete as many requests as possible but this will depend on demand.

Once you have contacted me, and I've agreed I can accommodate your request, we shall discuss what you want your design to look like. I will need some reference photos sent to me. This helps me make the drawing look like the person I'm drawing. We can be creative with the colors and wall layout. For example, I tend not to draw all of the holds to make the design look 'cleaner'.

The total price will be determined by the length of time it takes me to complete the piece. More complex designs take longer. I’ll provide a price range prior completing the work. The total price will be agreed once you receive the final watermarked version. This will not exceed the highest amount we agreed in the price range. If you want more than one design completing we can discuss discounted prices.

Timescales
We will agree on a timeframe in our initial contact. Please be aware that I am in full-time employment. This means there may be times I do not reply until the evening. I will endeavor to reply to your queries as soon as possible.

Revisions
I offer opportunities for revisions to the artwork. This will be via watermarked drafts. The first is after I send a sketch, and the second is after I send a colored version.

Use of Artwork
Once you buy the digital artwork in full, you can use this for personal use only. For example, you may want to display it at home or share it on your social media (if so, please credit me @onestarwolf on Instagram)

However, you do not have the right to reproduce and distribute the work for commercial use. This includes, but is not limited to, creating prints and selling them, printing the design on merchandise, and using it as a business logo.

If you would like to use the design for commercial use then we can discuss this and discuss a price that reflects this.
​
Monies
Once we have agreed to a commission, I requested a £15 deposit be sent to me before I begin the project. This is to protect the time I spend creating designs. During the design process, I will send watermarked drafts to you for approval. Once you are happy with the final design, and I have recieved written approval, I require payment before I send the completed non-watermarked version.
The monies which you send are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Note for international bank transfers: your bank may charge a small fee. I live in the UK and request to be paid in GBP. Please let me know if you intend to make an international bank transfer so we can agree the correct amount needed to be sent that is in line with conversion rates.

Compliments, Complaints, and Feedback
It's lovely to hear from customers. I will ask for your permission before I share your feedback with others. There may be times where you wish to complain. Please do so via our contact page and will reply as soon as possible, Please be aware that this may not be until the evenings or weekends as I work full-time in another role.
